Completely false. When I was PRE-ordering there was zero mention that there's a limited number of chargers and definitely no mention that they ran out. Got my 12r 16gb and it's a beast. love it. I actually like the curved screen as well, it makes it easier to use gestures with the edge of the screen. Although like someone else said, it seems to be taller than the case, thus unprotected. I do like the OnePlus case as well which is 50% off. Nice textured grip. Great deal.

You missed the limited time limited availability promo. Then you placed an order that didn't even have a charger anywhere in the order. Then you get mad at the company afterwards when no charger arrives. Glad we got everything straightened out.

If you guys want to get the 12R with ufs 4.0, you must get the 12GB Ram version of this phone.. because all 8GB phone has UFS 3.1 storage
