DDR4 slow? Not really noticeable difference for a user looking for this tier of laptop (daily general latpop).
At least the 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD, would be sufficient for those who do not know/unwilling to open up the chassis for upgrades.

The product overview at Newegg mentioned that the keyboard is backlit. The customer service rep saw that as well, and that is why Newegg did not hassle me about the return, and covered the return shipping
