Pretty awful. I've one and I hate it
I was able to snag the 10.25" sliding saw for about $200 including a 4ah HP battery and charger. So after selling the battery locally I got the saw for about 140. Not bad for a tool I won't use super often but when I need it it'll be nice to have lol
I got the HP brushless jigsaw with 2ah HP battery and charger for about $62 on direct tools outlet
If you don't need to rotate the blade direction (for tight quarters), it looks fine as far as features.

Obviously, if you need to miter bigger stuff, then get a bigger saw. However, for construction materials like 2x4s and larger, circular saw cuts are fast and accurate enough.I was only going for a cheap laff!

I absolutely hate pulling out my corded big miter saw every time I need to cut something and this smaller miter saw fit the bill.
Perfect for smaller projects.
Maybe I can flip the jigsaw for $40.

LOL, like when a thief "hacks" your car window with a rock...if you didn't want your stuff stolen you wouldn't have breakable windows or items so clearly visible in your car. That's how he probably justifies it at least
FWIW, I don't actually think it is "stealing" but just because a CSR allows you to return or cancel the battery doesn't mean the retailer sanctions the behavior. But keep pretending you and the HD CEO have a secret sale going on and everyone is high fiving behind the scenes.
