$150 is a really good price for new. 2 year warranty is another $10 and 3 years for $22.
Tempting to get the "new" version off eBay, but hard to pull the trigger as the price per TB is a bit more than the 12TB refurbished ones with longer warranty. These would need to be hitting $120 to match the previous 12TB deals. I'd almost prefer a refurbished unit due to the bathtub curve of failures too.
How well do these rebranded Seagate X18 last vs the HGST drives? Also, any issues with using these in a home environment with the Dell firmware?

If you buy direct from their site it says 2 year warranty.
