This isn't a particularly good deal. The Apple Refurbished site has the MBA M2 8/10 CPU 16GB/1TB version for $1359. That's a heckuva lot more machine for +$60! (The OP model is an 8/8 "binned" CPU with only 512GB of storage.)
And looking at both Adorama and B&H, neither has updated their pricing for the 8/10 CPU 16GB/1TB option, reflecting Apple's new lower pricing of the M2 Air; both have it priced at $1799, whereas Apple has it new now for $1599. (And Adorama doesn't even allow you to spec a 8/10 16/512 nor a 8/8 16/1TB; whereas B&H does, albeit at not-good prices. EDIT: Actually, B&H has the 24GB/1TB model for the same price as the 16/1TB, $1799. But, honestly, at that price point, a refurbished M2 Pro 16GB/512GB is a significantly better value, even with less storage.)

Not a good deal. If you buy refurbished from Apple.com for just $60 more you can get 13" M2 MacBook Air with 1TB SDD, 16GB RAM, and 10 GPU cores. That's double the storage (upgrade normally costs $200) and 2 extra GPU cores.
B&H Photo has had this config available for some time. With the intro of the M3 for MacBook Air, I suspect we'll see some better deals in the near future.
