Dude. That deal is for 4k digital copies. Is this 4k?
I've seen several comments that indicate when you redeem through iTunes, you get the 4K upgrade for the digital automatically if a 4K version is available. I cannot confirm this personally. I do not buy digital only unless the price is very low, and I can get a good deal on the physical copy as well.
Digital copies need to be guaranteed in perpetuity anywhere you go in the world. The cost of digital copies that can be removed is foolish in my opinion. Regional limitations on physical or digital copies are archaic and have been abandoned with 4K discs. Those limitations need to be abandoned with digital copies as well. Again opinion.
I bought this set a while ago. How to know if the digital codes are still valid?
Sony codes rarely expire even if they have an expiration date. Watch out for WB. They are the worst, because they are the one major distributor that strictly enforces the expiration dates. Others do sometimes actually stop working. If the movie is MA, try to redeem through iTunes if you have trouble with the website given on the insert. They are most likely to honor an older code in my experience. I have 820 in my MA account. The vast majority are from codes included with physical copies. I started collecting at the end of 2021. Many of them had "expired" inserts.

Discs are not 4k. Unsure of the digital.
It's in the OP. They're also in 4k on Vudu, which OP's "deal' doesn't seem to be.
These films are phenomenal, but I'm not entirely sure why this original post was made.

Chappie is one of my favorite of all time. Same with district 9. I think there's a district 10 in the works?

Yes. There is a post about it on here.
