I am tempted, I got the multitool with edger with the intent on one day getting the hedge trimming attachment but I have heard bad things in terms of weight.
I might just get rid of the multitool altogether.

I bought this a couple weeks ago from a 3rd party Amazon seller. It arrived open and obviously used/dirty. I had paid about $165, so when amazon put the 2601 on sale for $199, I sent that one back and got the 2601. No brainer for that price difference to get an extra battery and charger. This is a good price, but unless you have a bunch of batteries and are sure you don't need more, I'd suggest considering spending the extra $65 for the 2601. I looked for many many months and never saw it at the $199 that it is right now.
