I have prime and there is nowhere during the purchasing process to add assembly or any other services. I tried several times and CS couldn't help

Replaced grates every 2 years as they disintegrate after about 18 months, and ended up swapping one side for a griddle plate which was excellent.
Yes. So many comments in this thread talking about the Weber of yesteryear, not this garbage. The new Webers rust out like the rest of the grills produced now. Better off with a used Weber made 25 years ago. These won't last 10 years.
