You can have 50k hd. It still wouldn't change the fact that there is nothing to watch besides curb your enthusiasm 😉
Now, if you don't like classic movies or have a sizeable home collection, I can see where this wouldn't be a benefit to you.
If you've kept up with all the original series over the last couple of decades and don't want to rewatch, then I can see where it wouldn't be of benefit to you.
For me, it's a good deal... but the above comments I made don't apply to me.
I do think it's absurd to charge more for better quality though. I'm only going middle tier because the ability to download and watch offline is a deal breaker for me.

I'm sold. My uncle is here on vacation so he logged in and was showing it to me. I think he mentioned every one of those except Bad Sisters and Severance. Between what I'm reading here and what I've heard, I'm sold. I had a 3 months free on my PS5 but that apparently expired so I'm gonna hunt around for another freebie. Did you check out with an electronic wallet like PayPal or Google Pay/Apple Pay? Not even sure if that's possible with Max but that would certainly keep the Amex offers from getting triggered
