My Home Depot had 2 of these in the nailer section that were not marked down but when the employee scanned it, came up as $150 and lined up with what I saw on BrickSeek showing it was clearance

My HD had this for $70 as of 03/01.
Obviously ymmv clearance price/stock.
but maybe keep it unopened/unregistered for a week or two to see if your store drops price so you can return & rebuy

My HD had 3 and when they scanned it, showed clearance but still full price. They said I could return within 30 days and rebuy if it goes down in price so I picked it up and will see if it goes down in a few weeks.
Anyone know anyway to tell price without an employee? I tried their app but stuff I scanned in store marked clearance still shows full price.

Only way I am aware of that is self service is to find an open computer at the pro desk or appliance section — hop on to their price / inventory app and key in the sku there
Sometimes he employees may act salty for customers doing it, other times they are happy to let u do it, so ymmv, but generally just act like u are a contractor and know what u are doing and nobody will bother u
