Upgraded to the New Fire HD 10 tablet by taking advantage of a trade-in offer with my old 2017 Fire 10 tablet. After the trade-in, I received a $20 gift card and an additional 20% discount, bringing my total cost down to $61.69 after Ohio taxes.

Why I say this... because IT IS NOT POSSIBLE. The people on XDA can't do it. The person who created XDA Amazon Tool Box CAN NOT DO IT.
But you can... BULLSHIT.
And not only can you NOT disable ANYTHING Amazon, your tablet sports 3GB of RAM and it SUCKS.
The fact that you are happy with your sub par purchase, IS MEANINGLESS.
YES, no security updates and yes... that is why I say this is the perfect KIDS tablet.
And it does have a warranty... WHY LIE? It has a TWO year warranty. But AGAIN, I have never had a tablet break on my due to it not being my fault.
And 8GB of RAM , 128 GB hard drive (UFC 2.2), G99 CPU, 4 speakers, beautiful Screen... does this matter to you or are you only concerned about updates?
OK, LETS COMPARE...
1. One has 3GB of RAM and the other has 8GB of RAM. That means if the CPU's are the same the tablet with 3GB of RAM will get bogged down much faster. At the same price... only an idiot would choose 3GB of RAM over 8GB of RAM. Did I mention that the CPUs are basically the same.
2. Bloat AND Adds VS Zero Bloatware.
What do you think? On top of ONLY having 3GB of RAM you know have to run a bunch of bloatware and adds that you can not turn off. That makes your tablet SLOW and even more bogged down then it should be.
Put it this way... Amazon NEEDS TO PAY ME MONEY MONTHLY if they want me to use their tablet.
3. Android 13 VS Android 11. Have you ever heard of Picture in Picture? Have you ever heard of resizing the picture in picture (don't think Android 11 can do that).
So here is a tablet that has ANDROID 13 with 8GB of RAM, better camera and with four speakers making it sound decent. YES, don't count on updates but there is a large following to this tablet on XDA.
Every review site can not believe the quality of the product. And they have an entire page on Amazon (where 99% of their sales come from).
Basically... the Lincplus T3 is just like the Fire HD10 EXCEPT the screen is slighly bigger, it has 8GB of RAM and has ZERO bloatware and ZERO adds AND runs Android 13 (vs Android 11) and has the play store pre installed.

But for $81 (Ohh MY GOD that is a LOW price)... you can get a LincPlus T3 that is faster than the Fire HD10.
Four years ago... I was saying buy the FireHD10 (best value around and there was XDA Amazon Tool Box)... but that was 4 years ago. MediaTek has caught up and the public are benefiting with cheaper prices for stronger products.

And this 2023 Fire tablet is the first one I've used that's not so horridly slow (especially switching apps) that it bothers me using it.
