In case folks are wondering, I looked it up and the limit is 27,000 mAh.

You are not allowed to bring it on a commercial flight.
You can't charge a laptop with it.

I mean in one picture it says "Charges 4 Devices Simultaneously" and there are four devices in the picture, and one of the four is a laptop........

Obviously 20W isn't enough but for the average consumer that is an intentionally misleading picture. I work in consumer protection so don't even try and argue it some other way.

Got the Romoss 30000 as well. Although I had better luck than you, mine will charge And still technically works. The battery started degrading immediately from the first charge. Less than half of what it was originally. Guessing about 10000mah or less now. very big heavy brick for the power supplied.

This is a great price for a massive amount of power. Believe it or not, ROMOSS when reviewed by people that understand the numbers bench these Romoss packs, they normally test very well for capacity and many times even better than the much more expensive ones. I think the only big drawback to this is it's limited output current. Its plenty fast for most phones at 18watts but It wont charge a laptop while your using the laptop. But it can put a decent charge, possibly even a full charge if left plugged into the laptop while the laptop wasn't turned on like overnight. At the very minimum it'll slow your battery drain while your using your laptop, extending your laptops runtime by quite a bit with the large capacity.. It really comes down to how efficient your laptops chipset is. They can vary greatly in how much power they consume. Some of these thin and light laptops use chipsets that consume very little power and would readily take a charge from 18watts. Workstation laptops?, LOL good luck. Those things need gobs of juice to charge If you want to see a very thorough rundown of many higher end well known brand name vs lesser name models of power banks, all in one video. check this guy out. I think he does have 1 maybe even 2 romoss models that he benches in this video. He does great videos. Very informative, no wasting of time and really dives straight in to the meat and potatoes of what information your looking for. Watch this dude and you'll thank me later. After you watch his review, you'll realize how much of a Slickdeal this really is for this and those other romoss units that pop up here, here and there. I own 4 romoss banks and I've never had a problem. I'm probably lucky but electronics in general have a very high initial failure rate. The general rule of acceptable failure rate for new electronics in the industry as a whole is 10-15%. thats a lot of bad stuff that comes back. Companies understand this and calculate for it. Because of this, there's always going to be some bad reviews. Theres always that one review of some dude screaming how shitty of a product it is and he'll never buy from them again. But think about it, if 15 to 20 out of every hundred products end up failing and returned. Theres a good chance some people with bad luck can get 2, sometimes even 3 bad products in a row if they are really unlucky but in the big picture. It doesn't mean they are dealing with shitty product, they are just unlucky people, oh back to the romosss power bank. I dont even see them mention this feature but its super useful! If you cycle the power button, it will cycle through, watts, volts, amps, and capacity percentage. Super nice to know exactly how much power your device is charging at in real time. It also works in reverse while charging it with the same info on the readout but input instead of output. Super handy so you don't plug it in to a shitty charger not realizing its not charging at what it can at. I've had to sometimes play with different cables and chargers to see which ones work the best. It's very useful to have this info on the screen. Dont listen to all the know it all idiots doing amazon reviews. This guy knows what he's doing. Every single power bank he benches twice and takes the average. Go watch his review and you'll thank you later.
