My pro tip: the carry bag is filth and will tear/shred the first time you try to squeeze the tent back in. Instead, I have a large vinyl tarp I lay down for a foot print and extend several feet past the doorway as a patio for shoes, etc. - but upon break down and departure, simply lay out the tarp length wise, collapse the tent, drop the bulk on-top of the tarp and roll it all up cigar style and cinch up with two bungee cords (the bungee doubles as a clothes line during camp) - I store in the garage same way. Tarps with eye holes are best and can match up with the tent tie downs when you stake into the ground.

It was good and convenient enough that I reconsidered it when looking for a new tent for myself and would definitely buy it again especially for occasional use. But seeing the condensation last go around convinced me to try something different as I'm learning about these

I believe it came through the seam between the sidewall and the floor.

Pros:
- Super simple setup. It's literally up in about a minute
- Will hold up to some decent wind if you stake it and use the guylines
- Height of tent allows you to stand up taller, which is helpful for changing, getting in and out of tent, etc.
Cons:- Heavy and unwieldy. This is more like a portable house than a backpacking tent. Hope you don't have to lug it very far
- Moisture buildup. Heavy rains it will leak but lots of tents will. Moisture can build up if you don't vent properly
- Durability. I had a plastic piece break that basically meant I couldn't easily stake down one corner of the tent. The part could not be replaced and Coleman told me I was SOL until I leaned into them a little bit. They ended up replacing the tent
Overall, would absolutely buy this tent again. Buy some better stakes. Buy the rainfly. Use a tarp for a footprint. You'll be great. For comparison, I've been happy with my "Sundome [amazon.com]" Coleman tent, which is still pretty quick to set up and includes the rain fly. For the 4-person variety:
Sundome:
24.65 x 8.23 x 7.56 inches
4.34 Kilograms (9.6 lbs)
$65
Instant
38.74 x 10 x 8.27 inches
8.64 Kilograms (19 lbs)
$87
