The chances that TOPLER (or TOPELER?) actually includes the built-in over voltage/current/temp protection they claim to is slim. Same with the chances they will exist on Amazon in a few years. These are not things you have to worry about with a brand like Leviton.

Really, do yourselves a favor, if you want to save $10 on something like this, wait for a slick deal on name brand stuff and don't be tempted by TOPGREENER and such on Amazon. For attended devices like egg beaters or whatever, if it starts smoking, you are right there to unplug it and avert a disaster. For unattended devices like a lamp, relocatable power tap, or a literal transformer being installed in a workbox inside your wall, I really urge you to play it safe and go with like Leviton, Pass & Seymour, Legrand, Commercial Electric, etc.
Not to be such a downer about it, I really like these, just tryna spread the word here since you folks may be interested to know.

FYI I don't trust anything electrical unless it's UL or ETL listed in terms of outlets, bulbs or power brick chargers

Not to bore the heck out of everybody here, but yeah. That's the kind of thing that goes on, so when you see these weirdly-spelled company names on Amazon & Ali Express, imagine how much that scares me Again, I'm being a huge snowflake about it, I just have PTSD from watching consumer products overheat & burn and arc in a lab during testing. Also hearing from my investigator friend about massive damage & loss to low-income housing that wasn't up to fire code and he finds the source to be some off-brand, unlisted space heater or 65 year old power outlet that the landlord didn't replace.
When I'm shopping for unattended devices, I really try to stick to UL listed things & appliances from companies with a reputation. These are things that are plugged in 24/7.
I'm a lot less worried about attended devices, since if they fail, I'm there using it and I can yank out the plug before a fire gets going. But I still try to get UL listed things as much as possible.
