My phone is an S20+ unlocked thru Verizon. I'm on the Warp 5G and wifi calling hasn't worked from day 1 and there are a lot of other people with the same issue. Google it
I was on Visible+ prior to switching to US Mobile and wifi calling worked fine. I noticed as soon as I put the US Mobile sim in the phone the wifi calling option disappeared in the phone settings.
US Mobile is aware that this is happening on some phones and they "claim" Verizon is also aware of this but won't do anything about it. Their suggestion was for me to switch my phone to GSM which I don't want to do since my other phone is on their GSM
Some think the issue may be the carriers software vs Samsung's unlocked software installed on the phone. Some said they flashed their software to Samsung's and were able to get wifi calling again. I haven't been adventurous enough to try this
i am assuming ur phone is unlocked. if u have access to verizon sim, someone on reddit suggested u can put that in->enable wifi-calling-> and then put usmobile sim and wifi calling will start working.

Yes it's unlocked.
No that didn't work. When I install the Verizon sim back in the phone the wifi calling option reappears (same with the Visible+ sim). Then when I remove the Verizon sim and put the US Mobile sim back in the wifi calling setting completely disappears again
Some people can't get wifi calling to work at all and others (like myself) have the wifi calling setting completely disappear from their phones
I've been a USM customer for a few months now. I've noticed when I am in a congested area, USM almost becomes unusable. I have 4G phones and have no interest in upgrading to 5G. I want to upgrade to an annual plan, so I can put the savings toward an Apple Music subscription. Is there a settings reconfiguration to overcome this issue? I also have issues with navigation, streaming and talking at the same time. What's your experience? Thanks!!
I just switched to this from Visible+. Pretty much the same "meat and potatoes" (priority data, UW access), minus the stuff I won't be using every month (hotspot, service in Canada and Mexico). Port from Visible was easy and instantaneous.
It'd be cool if a Canada/Mexico service were offered as an extra cost option to the Unlimited Flex plan like hotspot is.

I would also like feedback on this if anyone is able to provide it. Thanks
A simple Google search will tell you the blanket statement that all MVNOs have deprioritized data. It's not something I'm making up. Sounds like conflicting facts out there.
Thanks for the referral to prepaidcompare.net but I'm not so sure it's accurate either. After some searching on it, it shows there's a T-Mobile prepaid plan for exactly what Mint offers ($15/mo with 5GB data), but not deprioritized since it's through T-Mobile, and it's still $15/mo. Visiting T-Mobile's prepaid part of their site shows plans start at $40/mo... soo...
Or you can just say you have no idea what you are talking about nor do you know how QCI prioritization works in the cellular industry. US Mobile Warp 5g is on the same priority as post paid Verizon customers. Same with Visible+.
I'm not saying you are making it up, I'm just saying that's a very broad generalization you are making and does not apply to this deal or potentially other MVNO Deals so its best to not spread misinformation and make assumptions.

4G is not priority. You need 5g phones to take advantage of the highest priority (postpaid) with US mobile and other MVNOs. Upgrade your damn phones, you can get 5g phones for $150 or less (including iPhone SE 3)

I tried their one month trial. It was pretty good except that the data was spotty. The network bars were full, and the 5G logo showed up and was still not able to open apps. I had to switch to the store Wi-Fi to be able to do that. I wanted to purchase this yearly plan. However, held myself because of this glitch. By the way, I am in Raleigh, North Carolina, where their signal strength is very good
Do not recommend paying lump sum to any of these MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) specially if you haven't had them before.
I've been using this MVNO for the past 24 months. Compared to big carriers like Verizon and T-Mobile, they provide the best services at such a low price. I don't understand how they can offer this level of service for such a low cost.
Here's my experience with different MVNOs:
1. Hello Mobile: Best customer service.
2. Tello: Difficult port-out process, good coverage, no hidden fees.
3. Mint Mobile: Coverage issues, great customer support, but hidden fees.
4. US Mobile: No option to change plans; I used a Verizon SIM card.
5. Total Wireless (by Verizon): Horrible experience.
6. InfiMobile: I bought a 10GB 6-month plan for $46. I've been using it for the last 30 days, and so far, it's not bad.
Had 90 day promo offer, no issues during the trial & switched to 500 mb plan after trial was over, switched to 2 gig family plan and then this plan later. No issues changing plans considering I switched 3 times.
