Samsung Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum with All-in-One Clean Station in Midnight Blue + Free extra battery $353.74 with EPP (potentially lower if you get a $50 coupon from chat rep).
Current price with EPP (education in my case) was $397.49. I used the steps below to get my order down to about $303.74 before taxes (I added the extra dust bags in my order) and the replacement battery was $0. This included the $75 Upgrade bonus. Steps I followed are below.
1. Opened new browser
not logged into my Samsung account.
2. Added the Midnight Blue vacuum into my cart. Went to my cart and there were two options that automatically came up to add a battery and add the sweeper. I clicked each one but only the battery came out to be $0 so I removed the sweeper.
3. I had an existing $50 code that I inquired about (chatted with a rep to ask if they can give me a $50 coupon to buy one of their vacuums. The rep emailed me a cart to checkout which included a $50 code) when this similar deal happened. Link to previous deal:

4. I applied the coupon code and it took it with no issues. I went to check out and at the top there was a sign in option. I signed in with my edu account and it gave me the discounts you see on the screenshot.
My total including the bags was $323.74 before taxes. Don't forget cash back! Mine was 9%.

My order got canceled twice when ordering with the employer discount 2 days ago. I spent an hour chatting with Samsung rep who sent me a checkout cart via email after I couldn't open the cart from the link in our chat. That cart had a 2 televisions instead of the vacuum. I tried to order the vacuum again in a different chat and was emailed a checkout cart for a refrigerator. If you read the reviews (1.4 rating) from the other Bespoke jet listed for on the site when looking from the main menu for appliance>>vacuum>>stick you will see one for less that doesn't include an extra battery in the description.There are several reviews describing the incorrect description being listed. The original listing for that one said it included an extra battery, and extra accessories, and an accessory stand for storage. Maybe the order cancellations were because the listing is still inaccurate. I did notice that the item number listed next to the star rating across the top the pictures is different from the one in the PDF download description and includes an extra letter "V" at the end before the color letter. I also noticed that when looking at the warranty it is only 12 months parts and labor, although the picture description says 2/10 yr warranty. The download warranty description in black box with an arrow when scrolling the page down states 12 months parts and labor across the top. Near the end of that of that same document it mentions an extended 2 year battery 10 motor warranty on certain models that ended in September 2023. Samsung's IT/Webmaster seems like a disgruntled and disgusted employee. The website inconsistencies and repetitive order cancellations less than 10 minutes after placing it just seems like sabotage. It's giving I hate this job.
