I still see 700$ and tried requesting price matching my order which was placed on March 20th at 770$.
I am not sure if the Samsung customer rep are always this horrible or not but man it took 3 reps and 2 hours of effort to simply price match their own website.
Edit: they rejected the claim later

They are literally the worst!!! I've been at it for an hour and I did this last week too. He even built me a cart and I placed a new order just to prove it. Still can't figure it out.

A tip for those who are struggling with the Samsung reps: they refused to do a price match for me initially by claiming that the cart I was showing them did not match the discounts that I had on my original order. My original order had a referral discount but obviously I could not reapply the referral discount for this new order. So what I ended up doing was creating a second Samsung EPP account by using this trick: I used [email protected]. This allowed me generate a new cart with the referral discount applied. That's when they finally agreed to do the price match and it ended up working. They asked me how I was able to apply the referral discount twice and I said that a fellow employee at my workplace did a price check for me with his EPP account.

Wish I could use the referral code using this trick…Samsung Financing does not work on any other account as it's linked to my current epp account

Just got for $700. Plus tax. Added to my cart. Logged with my old .edu account and reached out to customer support. They made adjustments in cart and bought for $755 out of door free shipping.

I was able to score one last night for $700 ($756 after GA sales tax). Gotta wait a while as it won't ship until 04/05 but I'm truly glad to be able to replace that Bose Soundbar 900 set I have. The crackling from the Bass Module 700 drives me insane and Bose will not fix or replace it though it's a "known issue" with what they claim is wireless interference.

Go through the chat on the website. They will ask for a screenshot, name, address, and email. On the phone, you are going to get brain damage trying to get anything done.

I was in the same boat with that issue but this Samsung soundbar is not all without issues. It keeps going offline in the app and it's a known issue.

If anyone knows of any fix, please post.

Check your firmware version! The latest is 1004 which should have fixed the connectivity issues experienced by some. If the Smart Things App doesn't pull this update off the server, just download it and update using the USB port on the bar. The link below has what you need:
