I'm guessing it's one-time use so use wisely!
don't get me wrong, I do buy microwave rice for quick lunch prep. But lime/lemon/cilantro flavors suck.

1 cup long-grain white rice (basmati or jasmine versions work well)
1 ½ cups water or chicken broth (for added flavor)
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ - 1 lime, juiced (depending on desired tartness)
1 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
¼ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
Optional: Chopped garlic clove, scallions, or a pinch of red pepper flakes for a kick
Instructions:
Rinse the rice in cold water until the water runs clear. This removes excess starch for fluffy rice.
Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the rinsed rice and stir to coat with oil.
You can also optionally toast the rice for a nice nutty flavor by cooking for a minute or two, stirring constantly.
Pour in the water or broth, along with the salt.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover the pan tightly with a lid, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and fluffy.
Remove the pan from heat and let it sit covered for an additional 5 minutes to steam the rice perfectly.
Fluff the rice with a fork and then stir in the lime juice and chopped cilantro. Season with additional salt to taste.
