Thanks. Checked other processors without going through the whole config and discount. This one starts at $379 with the I3 processor. The I5 drops the starting price to $349. The AMD Ryzen 5 which I have and like, that starts at $299. Repped on a good deal my dude!
Based on prior threads, this does not do anything over 1080 P on the HDMI and there's no USB-C
It's $279.99, with the 10% off it would be $251.99.

As long as its 3200Mhz DDR4 8gb stick it will work in the AMD and intel deals talked about here.

Weird, I signed up with my new email account. I got an email, but there is no 10% coupon code anywhere.
I tried another one (my Mom's - I'm buying for her). I know she hasn't ever used Dell.
She (her account) didn't even get an email.

Any ideas?

Thanks.
Dang. I was planning to order it to Phoenix area and then take it with me next month (when I go to visit my Mom - she struggles with technology Frown
Maybe I should order it to her address (in Chicago)? Or does every state get the $5 "Eco Fee"?

Ok, I always see these Amex Dell statement credit comments. What kind of Amex card do you have to have to get these?

Ah bummer. No USB-C PD Charging! That's huge -deal breaker for me. Guess I shouldn't be surprised at this price point.

I had $40 on my amex platinum. I think my total is around $211? ram seems to be 8gb Hynix which runs around $19 for a second stick.

I have both this 35xx series and the 5000 series Dell Inspiron 15, and the 35xx series feels like a throwaway laptop in comparison. The Intel 3520 lacks USB-C and even loses a USB port compared to the older 3511.

How much difference would doubling the RAM to 16GB make in a low end laptop like this?
