Darn. I bought the Greenworks mower on March 7th and the sale on it for $100 off is on April 10th. That is past 30 days. Sucks! Returning it would be a pain in the butt.
I have a small Greenworks mower that works great for my small backyard... had it for years now. HOA takes care of the front yard.

I guess you could buy one when it goes on sale, and return it using your old receipt? Costco has a satisfaction guarantee (no?) so you are just holding them to it.

Best deal at Costco right now are the outdoor potted planters. $18 for pretty big planters that go for $40+ at other big box stores. We stocked up on five of them yesterday!
Shop at both and buy more or most at Sam's. Only buy sale flyer items from Costco for the most part which is not much.
I agree with your reasoning.
This. Costco for mostly gas, milk and bread since it's a lot closer, but also travel, so this more than pays for exec membership. Sams for most grocery. It is great to use the Sams app when shopping at Costco to compare. Sams plus here too - cash back makes it a break even deal.

if you use old receipt the barcode is different though. I could do the satisfaction guarantee though. I figured not really worth it now. The mower pays for itself within a year for me with usage.

I think i saw those a few days ago. People were buying them left and right. I wanted to buy one, but i don't know much about plants. I wanted an indoor one. Do you know where and which indoor plants to buy?
Buy a discounted Blanco Silgranit sink from a reputable Ebay seller or even a big box store instead along with a discounted genuine Moen faucet (lifetime warranty).
I have one of those Delsey set as well. It performed well so far.
Delsey owns Samsonite (I think), and lately (last 5+ years) our Delsey baggage has held up much better than Costco Samsonite stuff. Also, we prefer soft for rough travel everywhere (although not super frequent) over ABS.
That Aveeno Daily Moisturizer looks like a good deal, no? $11 for an 18oz bottle at Target right now. $5.50 off a two pack of 24 oz bottles would bring 48 ounces down to nearly the same price.
Hi, does anyone happen to remember the price in-store for Aveeno lotion? Online shows $18.99 - $5.50 = $13.49.
Thanks!

Not sure if there's any leeway with the 30 days.
