You and your wife must be busy
It is hard to install, the tightening belt is super annoying, the kids are uncomfortable in it, it's extremely heavy, pieces seem to break easily.
Their support was fine, not good not bad.
It is slim if you need that.
I would never buy anyone one of these even for free. Fortunately I am officially pass the point of needing to buy need car seats.

I agree, Dionos aren't worth it. They are difficult to install and stay correctly installed. After having over 10 different car seats and having a Diono Rainier, I have two minimum requirements for a car seat... built-in lockoffs are a must. And a rigid or semi rigid LATCH attachments (usually for forward facing but some have it for rear facing).
It makes installation so much easier and more reliable. Less stress.
My favorite car seats are Clek and Britax click tight carseats. So so easy for installation. Spend your money on a good carseat... skip the fancy stroller and other accessories unless you can truly afford it.

Agreed! I don't have a clek but love my britax and multiple Nunas.
