I have yolink and love it, detected leaks and notified my while out of town, and used their water main shut-off which saved us thousands. I agree the 900mhz gives great battery life and longer range.
I have about 30 yolink devices stuffed around house. Each toilet and water sink has a water leak sensor. I put some in washer, RO filter, behind fridge for water line, in attic for AC and water heater drain pan . Door sensor on a fridge to remind of open door. Temp sensor in the attic to remind about freezing temps, temp sensors in the fridges to control defrost cycle (broken defrost heater). Few more temp sensors as a fire alarm. plug connected to another temp sensor to control heater. Their plugs have unique feature - state after power restore - you can select On, Off or Previous state. I don't know other product that can do it.
No issues at all for the last 4-5 years. They offer sms notifications.
It's more profitable to buy their starter kits with coupons like this one. I have like 3-4 hubs from starter kits
Oh, and more , recently added voice alarms on both floors which pronouns sensor name and alarm type. Still thinking to install their water shutoff valve but I'm too lazy.
I have this and it's a pretty good deal. It uses the 900mhz frequency which gives it a much better range and longer battery life. The app works although only email notifications are completely free; SMS had a limit before you have to pay for the service.

I had Govee but switched to Yolink. Getting Govee Sensors and Bridge was nothing but trouble on Android Govee App and newer wifi6 routers. Sometimes would take 2-3 days for Govee bridge to connect to wifi....highly unreliable.
Yolink...best part has ethernet port on back so attaches to router...no messing with wifi or wifi signal loss.
something is very fishy with this company. the products are much lower priced than other competitors.
the company promised local integration with HA for years now but still havent delivered. everything relies on the Yolink cloud.
for all we know the hub could be siphoning your local network's data n sending it off to China. i'll pass.
I remember seeing someone complain about the same thing on Reddit a while back and a YoLink rep let them know they can reach out to customer service and APIs will be provided. Double check stuff online
I've never heard of Yolink, while Govee has a lot of products under their brand and I've had great success with them. I'd rather go with Govee and work within their ecosystem than a generic one. Although they basically all work.

I have several Yolink products and they work great. Wanted their water sensors, but thought they were pricey at the time. Ended up buying the Govee ones yesterday only to find this sale today. Joy.
Bought this kit two years ago for $75 so the price is good. Have a dozen sensors in my house now. Very reliable, long battery life and the range of the sensors are solid . Paired these with their water shutoff valve and siren, it has already saved me a couple times from possible water damage. Good piece of mind when not at home that it turns off the shut off valve when leak is detected.
Note that they also have a "rope" version of the water detector that would allow placement in confined spaces.
Yolink sell a lot of other stuff as well that are not as well advertised. I'll probably hold off buying more things from them until we find out more about their new "hub" that supposedly has the necessary hardware for local integration.
"App is always free, with 5 free texts per device, plus 5, per month (this kit provides 20 free SMS per month, with more 200 or 500 more available per month for 2 or 5 dollars per month, respectively)."
There is no limit getting alert from app?
0db vs 105 db, is there a way to disable sound on 105 db when on vacation? I like to heard it when I around the house, but want to mute it when I am not house for long period of time, can in change that from the app? Which one most people buying?
