Would recommend the Type 4 sensor with audible alarm. Phone alerts don't mean a thing if you're asleep. Just $12 more for the kit.

Agree. Waiting for a coupon or additional deduction. I paid $44 early this year and need additional sensors. No need for another base unit to sit in a drawer.

I have this & installed for 3 mths now. It randomly disconnected twice so far and I had to reset and redo the installation.

Hub+sensors seems to be always cheaper than just buying the sensors..
