Every home owner should have this. Put them under your sinks, behind your toilets and by your washing machine....

Would recommend the Type 4 sensor with audible alarm. Phone alerts don't mean a thing if you're asleep. Just $12 more for the kit.

Agree. Waiting for a coupon or additional deduction. I paid $44 early this year and need additional sensors. No need for another base unit to sit in a drawer.

I have multiples of these in my home. Twice now they've alerted me to a small leak that I likely wouldn't have noticed for some time. They're invaluable.

$41, pretty good deal considering it's normally around $60-70.

I got it fairly recently for my parents home as well, great leak detectors

Hub+sensors seems to be always cheaper than just buying the sensors..

Get and install the auto main line shutoff valve that pairs with these sensors.

The sensors alone are worthless if you're away from home and you spring a leak. You're unable to hear any alarms (if you have the alarm version) and a cell phone notification doesn't help much when you race home and find your house floating away or at the least huge $$$ worth of damage repairs to be made.

The shutoff valve is almost instantaneous.

I have 9 of these in strategic parts of my house combined with their main shut off valve. While I was sleeping one of the valves under the toilet broke. Yolink shut off the water and the next day i was able to clean the water with paper towels. Saved me a giant problem. Can't think of being without them, peace of mind.

Recently saved me from a leak under the kids sink. That's something like 2-3 issues averted now. Well worth it!

Does Alexa continuously alert you until the fault is cleared?

So, if I'm out in the back forty, it would just let it leak until I looked at my phone? Thanks, but I'll spring for the twelve bucks. Penny wise and pound foolish.
