I bought for my wife as she doesn't have the strength in her hands to squeeze a pruner all day long.
All day? My wife loses her hand grip after 30 seconds.....

I bought one of these a few weeks ago. Definitely exceeds expectations. Some bigger/harder branches take 2 uses before cutting thru as it nibbles away at the material.

With the 60v battery it lasts longer than I do.

Would recommend and will likely buy my mom one. One note is it is intimidating! Fingers wouldn't stand a chance
LOL. With the profile picture you have, I'm surprised you're using these.

Well worth the $$$. Bought for same price a year ago. I have around 120 trees on my property(pine, maple, pear), plus shrubs. Nice to hold the branch with 1 hand, and cut with these with the other. Makes trimming alot faster. And they'll cut your dogs 12" bully sticks in half.

Love mine, essentially a one handed lopper. Really helpful for moving branches away to cut deeper and breaking down larger pieces into the green bin

I bought this Dwalt quite a while back but returned it, kind of a turd. While more expensive, this was sooo much better and you can buy a pole attachment for it which greatly increases its utility since you can reach tall branches: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B7XW8HTX

I, like many people, thought this was silly or overkill. "I'm not that lazy" is what I thought. But after two seasons of clearing vines from my fence line with hand pruners, I broke down and bought it. You'll have to pry this from my cold dead hands now. It's maybe a bit more than a good pair of Felco pruners but has a much larger cut capacity. A 2ah battery will last me 3+ hours and after adding a belt clip, its the perfect tool. It'll cut through a chain link fence like butter (woops). It's still probably overkill for a lot of people but with the number and speed at which vines grow on my property...Its a time saver.

Don't let the intrusive thoughts win and keep your fingers out of the blades.

I bought this on the last deal, even though I initially thought it was overkill. I was wrong. This is incredibly useful and my best power tool purchase this year. If you have a large yard with many trees and bushes, buy it now. I can prune and clean up overgrown plants and the only limit is the tool weight with a battery. Highly recommend this.

If you have ryobi 18V batteries like most of us, then just buy an adapter, and you are ready to go:

Just remember to take out the battery after use. Some ppl reported that the battery died after leaving it with the adapter.

That pos you attached looks like a turd. I absolutely love my dewalt pruner and it bets my fiskars any day of the week. Especially when fiskars nowadays brake on anything larger than 3/4in while these bad boys go through 1 1/4 limbs

Same price at Amazon if you have better shipping options there

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09YTM4F26

also half price DeWalt battery compatible pruners by YAWV Tool and others (not linking due to mod removal for low seller reviews)
