Stand uses 2 screws but also has 100x100 VESA mount if I ever want to get fancy.

Believe the staples one also acted as a dock.
This one is more gaming/display focused, and VA panel. Not sure the real difference, but people seem to claim IPS is better.
several ports, so dock can be avoided
curved -> so more usable/readable space
3 years warranty, as per staples description
