I have to agree with this and even if it's not true Adorama doesn't double box like many other sellers. I ordered a Jamo sub and it came completely broken. Their customer service left a lot to be desired.

I believe it, I have the bookshelves on my PC and as reviewers point out they are really V shaped sounding, I end up switching to HDMI sound through my LG OLED as a monitor at times as I can not follow whats being said on Zoom calls
