No it doesn't elude to that idea. It's all in your head. My statement is based on reality instead of marketing. This isn't a desktop 4070 we're talking about. The gap between 4060m and 4070m is tiny compared to the gaps between 4050m and 4060m and between 4070m and 4080m. 3070ti m outperforms it. That's been on sale for 900 multiple times and I think even below that a few times. 4060m laptops go on sale for 7-800 with better CPUs.
