You'd probably have gotten a ton of thumbs ups if you didn't include weird "cult of apple/cult of google" rhetoric.

You're not wrong. If you currently have a Samsung tablet that you love and are just looking to upgrade, you'll generally get better deals trading it in to good ol' Sammy in the states. If you have an old IPad, you most likely won't like the change in ecosystem. However, if you have the oldest tabs that Google is accepting trade-ins for, like the S6 Lite, you do get a better trade-in deal here.

Incorrect, some of the apple tablets are completely obsolete because of no more updates, so they are paper weights. Cant access app store, cant download any new apps, only thing you can do is use it as a web browser and even thats limited.

To be fair, you can't really find an android tablet with an up-to-date processor and 1600x2560 IPS screen at $200 (from a reputable brand). I'd love to be proven wrong.

The Netflix app does not support the original Ipad which IOS version topped out at 5, because the netflix app requires minimum IOS version 13 for it to run so unless you're mistaken and are referring to the 1st gen IPAD AIR, not possible.

Compared to what? Closest competitor is probably the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and they are the same price. Pixel Tablet has a higher res screen and faster CPU.

I think the listings for the trade in are confused. There's ipad pro 11" and ipad pro 12.9" 1st gen.
There were two gen 1s of ipad pro, one was 9.7" and other was 12.9".

Yeah my S7+ is stuck at Android 13 cuz of Samsung nomore updates even tho very capable tablet whereas my old slow iPad 6th gen still getting latest Apple!
