And yes you obviously need to workout sleep eat etc to get max benefits from creatine
It's not a magic supplement, but it's very cheap ans has the strongest body of evidence behind it of all workout supplements

Hard on the kidneys, be careful
And I do portion them out in small containers, but that's the problem with a big tub, I can't make 100 portions at once (not enough containers, and also I get bored doing it), I can make enough for 1-2 weeks, then I have to open the container again.
So I guess it's just me, good to know, I will try to fix it.
I was able to get this brand for $15.14 with 100 servings so it ended up being a better deal
But a quick Google search will show that it's not the case
