They are functionally equivalent since you can "upgrade" to Win 11 for free. You might even be able to activate Win 11 with a Win 10 key.
Worked for me. I was able to purchase 11 pro.
In my experience, it says it will 'ship' but it will actually arrive via email with the Windows key as the tracking number.
Why do you need pro ?

Free. Only takes a few minutes to do it. I've been using this for years. No reason to pay Microsoft. Your telemetry data is what's important anyway. They sell that to data companies.

ironically when i contacted woot they initially refused to even offer a refund , after several emails back and forth , i got a refund for all keys , be careful i believe these keys are shared between different customer and sold multiple times , please avoid
