Looks like a hikvision oem model .. sensor size is a bit smaller than I like for lowlight. Still for well lighted conditions should be a nice buy at this price as it is a varifocal camera and thus a good camera for learning a bit about FOV If you are on a budget.

Wish the night vision range was better, not sure how it'll hold up in harsh weather conditions.

Re harsh weather ..
Bullet should do better than the Dome, and if properly installed should hold up well ..

Better results by using di-electric gel drop in the RJ45 jack and putting the cable connections in a junction box, and using a conduit or drip loop on the cable run
