They won't. Some report Metro will after 180 days without active service.

I'm on my 3rd Moto and 2nd Edge Plus and I'm extremely happy. I will def be getting another Edge or Thinkphone
I have similar issues It's like there are two accounts connected to same number. I get notifications in Spanish of someone using up data and how much they owe on bills and stuff but has nothing to do with my account. I'm actually about to close account with them. Weird stuff.

It's on the upgrade list for current users (9+ months, i think) for 149.99. And they don't list the amount of RAM, because who needs ram when you have fortune cookie slogans.
edit: motorola says the Razr 2023 has 8gb/128, but doesn't specifically say if the "Prime" version has the same specs
