Anybody gotten their promotional credit yet? I contacted Amazon and the customer support said it will only apply $14.00 although I told them the other tide product I bought should have been $14.00 and this one $22.50. They then copied and pasted I may have to wait 30 days to receive my credit after shipment. They gave me the run around without answering my question. I want to be sure I get the credit, because I can buy this stuff cheaper otherwise at Sams or Costco Big Grin

Received yesterday, no credit yet. I guess we have to wait 30 days to figure out if all these great deals work as planned?

I saved all screenshots showing credit due on checkout, so should be good.

Yes, see the attached screenshot for example.

They used to give the credit right when the order was shipped. However you got to keep the credit even if you returned the purchase. It is inevitable that they change the rule.

No I haven't yet, but it hasn't been 30 days yet. I've kept screenshots for all transactions so I will wait out the 30 days then will follow up.
