Not many features the series 9 have over the 7. Top differences are the precision finding if you have a compatible iPhone and offline Siri. Nice to have but I wouldn't consider it worth double the price.

I just replaced my green 7, great watch very, very similar to the 9. The watch face in no way looks green. Without the band and a green watch face it's black. Kind of nice as it goes well with any band.
