It uses the reference card spec, so the worst case is that the cooling is a little anemic.
I tried multiple email codes and they all replace the 10OFFCLEAR code when added.
4090 are selling for around 1500-1700.. you'd be lucky to net 1400.. so no, not worth it at all! If you need a 4090,then this a good deals, otherwise you're not flipping this for anything worth while

As for the video card, they're prone to connector overheating (like every 4090), fluctuate more in clock speeds vs normal partner brands, and have a locked BIOS based on reports given about them. They're fine for a SSF build though; if you grab a powerful enough power supply and have ample cooling since both are major issues in small builds.
Personally, I think this is only a good deal if looking at specifically this build and don't mind being stuck in Dell's ecosystem. I'd never spend this much on any Dell branded desktops, but to each their own.
