Any idea how long Apple will support updates on this model? I need a phone that is complaint on security updates for work purposes.
well the xr is still supported and it came out around 3 years before this phone so i'd say the next 3-4 years

$500 for a 3 year old phone with the most primitive mobile OS. Remember when this site used to have deals.
Bro, a 3 year old Android won't be software upgraded any more. Apple is great about updating 7 year old tech. Android you must have a flagship phone to be day 1 software update… maybe.

is 13 pro max too big/heavy for a young girl?
In terms of performance, 13 pro is similar to 13 pro max, isn't it?

Plenty of young girls use pro max (6.7inch) phones. Not an issue.

To you Galaxy S# and Iphone # buyers, thank you for your obsession with status symbols, it's an immense sacrifice so that others such as myself can live our lives in just a little more comfort.
I like iOS and how it works seamlessly with MacOS. That's not a status symbol. Phone Link is horrible in comparison. I'll gladly spend a couple hundred more for a modern experience.

Same as @Tonibabes, I was able to order the Graphite 256 GB in "Renewed Premium" for $556, extra $60 not only doubles the storage but extends your Amazon warranty and supposedly ensures 90% or higher on battery capacity. Mine came today, condition is mint, battery right at 90%.

that's probably pretty good for a years old phone. i ordered 2 12 pros and it does worry me however because my xr at 78% gets horrible battery life....after 1-1.5 years is that where these phones will be?

Seems fine to me for a young girl. I'd say it's the perfect size for the hand. Light weight too.

That'll probably be fine for another six months or so. Once my 12 pro max got to 84% it would drain very quickly and had to be charged two-three times a day. I just replaced the battery for a hundred bucks at BB.

Can one buy Apple care at the store after buying this from Amazon?
My dad wants an iPhone 13 and I can't find the 13 on the Apple refurb store so am thinking of buying this
