Edit. I checked the linked site and now it says my last purchase was "Product Grade: Renewed"… and not "Renewed Premium" as it did before. Anyone else notice this change?

Just wow, this is just some scam by Amazon. What a waste of time
Apple recommends replacement at 80% way back when iPhone 5/6/7/8 came out, those phones have much smaller batteries, 1500mAh-2000mAh, so they don't last long. But now batteries are bigger 3000-4400mAh so you don't really have to change at 80-82% unless you're a heavy user. I am still using my iPhone with 78% battery, it lasts me every working day from 8am to 8pm, but I am not a heavy user, so I am still Ok with that.

It looks like I got lucky because mine appears to be a renewed premium. I have 100% battery health and only 9 battery cycles. The screen looks good too and no dust in the 3x lens. It was on iOS 16.3.1 so it was last used after February 13, 2023.
Either way I think I'm going to keep it. Also a bonus I got 10% back on my Amazon card.
