I went to my local target hoping to find a LG C3 65" or 55". Sold out. However they just marked down the 42" to $359.99. Thats 70% off. I bought two. There were plenty of more. Big in store only YMMV!

Had an interesting experience at the Target in Eagle Rock, a neighborhood of Los Angeles. I figured no way I'd get the deal because I never get these deals, but I saw the Eagle Rock Target showed 7 in stock around 10am today. Everywhere else said OOS. I didn't believe it but looked an hour later and it showed 5. I thought, oh wow, that could mean they actually have some and are selling at the clearance price. Being 15 min away, I figured worth a shot, so I jumped in my car and raced over there.
Two nice guys were waiting in the TV area. I asked if they were there for the C3. They said yeah and that the employee was getting them from the back! She rolled up with five on a cart and asked if I wanted one! I was shocked. The first guy bought two. The second guy bought one. I bought one, and a young guy showed up after me to get the last one. I almost bought two but when the younger guy showed up, figured I'd share the love.
Turns out, others had shown up earlier in the day but were turned away because the employees didn't think they had any. I happened to show up after they found them. Took them awhile to bring them up so must have been stored in some corner somewhere in their warehouse.
This is the first YMMV deal I've ever been fortunate enough to snag and my first ever 4K display so am very appreciative! Congrats to those who also found one and good luck to those still trying!
Enjoy your new OLED TV! I was the other guy waiting in line at Eagle Rock earlier today.
Found one, but was informed Target clearance prices are location specific based on stock available. They do not match clearance prices for other stores.

Electronics Department at Target in Orland Park, IL put one aside for me last night, and told me that the manager would do the price adjustment this morning.
Come in this morning and "uh yeah… we just sold it for $899" it was only 30% off so don't worry" while the other worker hid his face in shame and this one couldn't even get a sentence out while making eye contact. Website still says there is one in stock. They clearly have it in the back of the house, waiting to purchase it before they leave. Total scum bags.

Wow that's ridiculous! Thanks for posting. I was going to head to that store later today as the website still shows 1 in stock!

That's SD rule 1 to never call and tip off the employees about the deal. Once you knew they had one in stock, instead of calling and asking to reserve you should have shown up at 8 AM at the store and head straight to the electronics section to get the deal. These are always YMMV.

I agree with not calling. Sorry not sure if people did go earlier but DONT EVER CALL
I was shocked.. I went to Target yesterday rep said price is 840. Came back today after all the noise here on the chat. Rep said TV is on hold for someone else and the price is now 360, but since I was there yesterday and technically there are no holds. Manager released it to me. XXX banger deal.
gilbert sw in arizona has one in stock. i showed up and they had it set aside. young guy scanned and told me a bogus price of $840. he's for sure saving it for someone else
