Terrible customer service, I wore the shoes for about 3 weeks, then this random squeak happens when pressure is applied. I just wanted it exchanged for the same shoe. They refused because they said I wore it.
They refused to transfer me to a supervisor and kept saying you wore it so we can't accept an exchange, I said how about a warranty claim, they said no I can't. A supervisor was supposed to call me back, no answer. I had no choice but to file a claim with amex. I own 3 other pairs of On Clouds and didn't have any issues but when you customer service is this bad...I won't be a customer anymore.
I have had a problem with nike's before like 6 or 7 years ago and they exchange it even like 4 months later due to workmanship quality. Purchased hundreds of nikes over my lifetime.
omg, also have a horrible experience with 2nd pair of ON shoes that started squeaking in the heal after a couple use. it's a drastic difference compared to the first pair (diff model) which were nearly perfect and served me well with a lot of walking both at home and abroad. Granted the first pair were purchased at regular $139 price while the 2nd squeaky pair was on sale for $99. pretty damn sure i'm never buying another pair of ONs again, especially considering how many other brands have been offering very comfy running shoes in the $50 - $100 range. BUYERS BEWARE!

Had a similar situation. Delayed shipping. Was in their WH for days after ship date. Never even left their facility. Wouldn't expedite, wouldn't give a discount, wouldn't transfer me to a supervisor. Only gave me a coupon for a future purchase. Why would I ever buy from you again if you can't make the first purchase right???
My oldest On shoe is about 4 years old, and I have covered parts of Central and South America, parts of Europe, and it still looks great! Since then I have bought 5 others, and I love them all. I actually have the one on sale here, it looks great in person and I have gotten compliments on it. Someone posted that they have terrible customer service, I have not had such an experience. I bought a pair that was just not fitting well after wearing it for a little. Messaged them that I did not like it, asked if I wore it, I said yes a little. They sent a return label and that was the end. Also, I have not had any of my On shoes squeak, Nike Airs always do though.
I was in the market for max cushion shoes for an upcoming trip where lots of walking and standing is involved (4-6hrs/day). Tried out Hoka, On, Asics Nimbus, and New Balance.
Of the On shoes, the CloudSurfers are the best because of their slanted hole design. They're a great combination of light and soft. However, I couldn't find a sale on them. The rest of the On shoes aren't as good IMHO. Try them out in store before buying.
I eventually settled for Nimbus 26 due to the extra grip and more ventilated upper.

Don't make the same mistake , as the man who wrote the fortune cookie. Stay away from ON go OFF. Go get HOKA. Wear it for a month if you no like it , try will take it back , no problems. When I wear HOKA, I feel I'm on a Cloud ☁️, when a wear ON, I feel , I'm on a pavement. Choose wisely
