The iPhone 11 is very old at this point, I wouldn't recommend anything older than the iPhone 12.

I had an iPhone 11 up until 2023 and the main issue was that the chip would get crazy hot. Battery was also affected by that

I was using an iPhone 11 like 6 months ago and it was behaving totally fine. Disagree that it's not usable right now, and the battery life will be right up there with the 12 whose battery life was natively poor.

How long the plan purchase and unlock deal is valid from date of purchase ? In other words, can I purchase the phone and the plan and activate after 30 days, 60 days or 90 days ? TIA

It's not recommended by long time users of either Total or Tracfone since sim is linked to original phone IMEI.
Up to you if you want to take the chance.

so I ordered 2 phones with port in GV numbers, one is just activated yesterday and today I am trying to activate the second phone but got an error message "there are no devices in our system with the information you provided". can anyone help me? thank you Smilie

Wait for 1st line to be fully ported over (takes a few days for GV after activation) before trying to activate 2nd line on same account

If its diff accounts then not sure

sounds like they didn't scan it before sending it out, they'll tell you to buy a plan if you call. Go back a few pages and you'll find some posts about it.

I'm sure someone mentioned this. Can't go through 24 pages.

After ported over with GV. Can i not open the box and leave it sealed. Plan not to put the simcard inside. Is it still unlock after 60 days automaticly????

Apple has $200 trade in credit on iphone 11 until June 3rd if you buy any iphone 15 series phone. So buying with trade in and returning a day later should leave you with $200 Apple GC since they refund the trade in value as an Apple GC from what I read on reddit. I'm gonna give this a shot

No one knows definitively tbh. It's a risk. I got 4 of these so far and opened 2 of them. Still contemplating whether I should open up the other 2. Worst case I imagine will be that we'll be stuck with a locked device

I've not done this particular, but others like it. No reason to return to the store, they'll connect it to a device and evaluate right then and give you the discount at checkout, better than a gift card for me. It's right on the Apple site:
