All of these portable ACs are terrible when compared to a window AC. If you have a vertical window, you should consider a U shaped window AC. Not only does it cool faster, it's way quieter, doesn't take up any floor space, don't have to worry about dumping condensation water, has better window seal, and you can even open your window if you want to.

2 year warranty is through manufacturer so no.
Whens its say 80 degrees out a single hose will work just fine, but get up into the 90's and humid your single hose wont work so great. It will be pulling in hot air through the floors and walls and will barely cool things down.
Of course window AC is better, but in situations like an apartment, or where HOA restrictions dont let you have window units etc.. they are useful.
No joke. There is a house behind me with the traditional window AC units, 4 of them. All of the houses built in the last 20ish years around here have horizontal slide windows. These folks don't even have a piece of plywood in the open space above the AC units. Can only imagine what their power bill is in the Summer.
That said, I got a fairly identical looking Midea Inverter unit like in this deal and it works great. Got a Hisense dual hose maybe 5 years back and didn't care for it much. After getting the Midea, I absolutely hate the Hisense one.
How long of a distance are you needing these hoses to go? Does the room you are wanting it in not have windows?

If I had to criticize anything, I'd say that due to the hose being a sort of rectangular hose-in-hose design, it doesn't allow you to rotate the cooler very far to angle it towards the left or right of the window. Also, the plastic panels were extremely annoying to set up and they had sharp edges, so I would highly recommend wearing jeans when assembling it (at least the first time) to avoid slicing open your legs or feet if you accidentally drop the panel. Overall, assuming the performance is comparable to my higher capacity Toshiba (priced at $599 at Home Depot), I'd say this is a Slick Deal if you need a portable air conditioner.

Thank you for replying. It's kind of den room with no windows and looking to vent out through the attic to the outside home. a total of 10-15 feet may be from unit to outside home
I had the exact same issue. And they refunded the money, but they said you can keep the a.c we dont want it back. So, I just had a very big and heavy paper weight. Takes over most of my computer desk
