I use one of these for video recordings. I am very impressed. I have an older mini usb version, but still works well. If I needed another, I would get one for sure.

It is hard to recommend without knowing your price range. I recommended Jabra Speaker 410 (about $65), if you have a bigger group, multiple wireless Speaker 510 in mesh works.
If you want cheaper, I still recommend Jabra Speaker 410 (used). I have seen it has dropped below $30 recently. These speakers build like a brick .

So you just dont use the software? Your mics aren't even setup correctly
