My needs are very modest - basically a few sheet goods a month - so fancy isn't important. I do want something likely to work well when I need to pull it out and use it. Even though the reviews always look terrible for the super cheap Wen, people routinely recommend it here and elsewhere.

Granted, you wouldn't have the dust collection capability and the side would still be open, but there are places that will 3D print those sorts of parts too.
