Agreed. New Chinese crapsman are not great. Have broken two wrenches trying to loosen stuck bolts.

Currently manufactured? None that I know of. So if the only thing you work on is a modern car, you don't need SAE. But SAE is used practically everywhere else, from plumbing, electrical, and appliances to aircraft.
