The guy above who said Bermuda looks great is talking about hybrid Bermuda which is the best looking grass next to Zoysia but hybrid Bermuda is much easier to maintain since it's engineered to be drought resistant.
This FUD spreader talking about Bermuda being brown most of the year hasn't maintained a Bermuda yard properly. You hit it with nitrogen right out of the bat on February 28 and it looks dark and lush by mid March if you follow the necessary steps of mowing frequently and at the right height.
To get back on topic with this deal don't buy this if you're trying to grow Bermuda in a patchy area. It's not the same as what your lawn is (hybrid) so it'll look coarse and thick instead of soft and thin.
If you need to patch Bermuda in your lawn, buy a patch of sod like Tifway, Tiftuf for like $3 or a pallet for $250.
Don't listen to the bozos talking about their Fescue that they have to water every day

Assuming a buyer is ok with mismatched grass type the next thing they need to ask is what type areas do they have that makes them want bermuda seed? If you have a mostly filled in lawn but feel that it's too thin this can be solved without bermuda seed all you have to do is mow and water frequently and put down fertilizer. Your fert can be as something as simple as milorganite which is low risk and damn near impossible to burn your lawn with, or it could be something as cheap as getting a gallon on of DEF yes deisel exhaust fluid look it up.
If you have large patches of dead areas there is another issue, as other posters have said some consider bermuda a pesky weed because it LOOOVES to grow and spread as much as it can, given enough time bermuda will overtake any other type of grass if nothing is done about it. If you have large patches of dead spots you either have a watering issue, a soil issue, or a shade issue. Shade being the only thing that can stop bermuda as it needs sun.
If you have a shade issue such as under a large tree your only real option is to chop off the lower branches to let more light in. If that's not reasonable or you have a different shade problem such as a neighbors very large tree or an area like the side strip of your house then this seed really won't do any better than the last patch of bermuda that was there. before. If you're in the south fescue and kentucky blue won't make it past may/june before the heat kills them, in that case your only option for grass in those areas is genetically modified fescue and kentucky blue in the form of "titan rx fescue" and "hybrid SPF-30" seed. Both of these are vastly more tolerant of shade and can grow in the southern heat but if your area gets hit with drought restrictions expect to lose the grass and have to start over again in the fall.
You can go down a pretty deep rabbit hole when it comes to growing and maintains grass but don't overthink it bermuda is extremely forgiving and almost impossible to completely kill off. Even if you soak it in roundup and don't water it for 5 years it's going to poke it's head back out next year to say hello. Get whatever sprinkler floats your boat, whatever fertilizer your comfortable using and fits your budget, and let it soak up some sun. It's just grass, I promise it will grow. All the extra stuff like sea kelp, humichar, humic acid, top dressing, bio stimulents, beneficial bacterias/fungi are largely unnecessary..
Heck if you really want to keep your existing hybrid bermuda appearance, are willing to wait about 6-8 weeks for it to grow in, look into a process called sprigging. Basically go to your sidewalk/driveway/garden beds and pull up the above ground stolons/runners, go grab a rake and rake up some loose ones in your existing lawns, dump them in a 5 gallon bucket/container, let them soak for 1-2 days in water with an occasional misting as you get a chance, dig up some mini trenches about 1-2 inches deep in your bare spots, throw the runners in there and shove the dirt back over it and water twice a day for 2 weeks, then once a day until it grows in.
Zero costs, doesn't take much time, and you probably already have everything needed to do it https://www.reddit.com/r/lawncare...tive
