Just a heads up: if you're a fan of other Dymatize flavors, you may not expect having to choke down the Vanilla. I have five pounds of it that I've been slowly mixing into low-carb pancake batter.

I try to think about it the other way around.

What do I already eat that can I add this to? Basically anything that would be good with vanilla flavor - baked goods, oatmeal, smoothies...

milled flax, sunflower lecithin(it's good for you and really improves texture to make it creamy almost), vanilla unsweetened almond milk(or a bit of cream if your a hard gainer) if you use xanthan gum as a thickener to avoid carbs, a small tad of that can make it a creamy milkshake. Try that combo. (I'm sure berries would be great too) You probably have none of these things but those are some options. Or just add less liquid and chug it down. You'll be aight. 🙂 (But i'm someone that just jams l-leucine straight into my mouth, and that's straight up gag worthy. I just don't want that flavor in my shake so i suffer and put the powder in my mouth with a water chaser. Not fun.)

I like Sport Research alot and I believe it is superior to Dymatize(e.g. Dyamtize has Carageenan! Which is a big con), but it is quite a different product. It has 3 grams of MCT oil per serving. Also, it often tends to go on even better sales, making it less than $50.
