The only thing I don't like about it is the piece you screw onto your spigot is hard, at last for me, to get a good grasp on, those I can't get it tight enough to not leak. They really need to redesign that.
Anyone have the Sam's Club one and can comment on the rust factor?
"The all-new Gorilla 150 ft. Aluminum Zero-Rust Upright Hose Reel is built to last. With a high-strength aluminum frame, forged brass fittings, high impact blow-molded reel and a cast-aluminum crank, this hose reel is extremely durable and backed by a 7-year manufacturer's warranty. Easy access connections and torque-tight fittings simplify the loading and unloading of up to 150 ft. of hose. Tested under extreme weather conditions, the Gorilla Aluminum Zero Rust Hose Reel is the perfect, long-lasting solution for any home."

The wheels are sturdy and the handle is robust for turning the hose.
It comes with a heavy rubber lead hose about 6' long and the connections are what I think are brass or some type of heavy gold metal (Brass?) fittings.
Do not worry they did not skimp on anything....it is deserving of the GORILLA name and blow any of those plastic hose reels out of the water. Sure it doesn't self retract but this is meant to last and easily move large amounts of hose as needed.
There are two models of the 200' that Gorilla makes. One has the guide and tray (GRM-200G), the other doesn't (GRS-200H).
There aren't many brand names that actually mean something these days. To me, their name alone is worth the purchase because it means that it's not some junk that I'll need to replace in 1 to 12 months.
Short answer: I'm betting it's heavy-duty plastic like the kinds they use on the rides in Disneyland--good for 100,000+ use cycles and heavy constant use.
