Am I the only one that loathes these so called "soft and cool " polyester t-shirts ?
They have the exact opposite effect on me
Now those Pima cotton t-shirts Costco has are the bomb
I won't wear cotton t-shirts any more. All I wear are these Cool 32degree shirts in the v-neck style. They breathe perfectly, are comfortable. I have like 4+ in every color (except the crazy bright ones like red).
That's wild because cotton is objectively breathable and polyester is not.
Since polyester cannot absorb water, it causes perspiration to evaporate more quickly, and the evaporation cools you off. Wear a polyester shirt for several hours when it is hot out, and then switch to a cotton shirt and see if you are more comfortable. I have done this a few times, and the cotton shirt always feels like I am wrapped in a heavy blanket. I don't make that mistake anymore.
I disagree. If you're tall (I'm 6'3"), you'll want to size up. I wear a size large t-shirt in pretty much all brands, and found these too short for my liking.
After buying the shirts directly from 32 degrees, I bought the Costco shirts. The Costco ones were crap. Literally one of the only two things I have ever returned to Costco.
I returned mine also. The adidas own the run tshirts are much better.

Today I learned there are people that do not wash t shirts after every use.
