Here's a great deal on a very good ebike for commuters and riding around town. Lot's of good reviews online and I can vouch for it too. I've had mine for about a year and I love it. It's not a super cheap but it's got quality parts and the team behind vvolt is super friendly and helpful.

Here's a few reviews and I'm sure you can find more.

350 watt motor, small battery no fenders and no lights. . Doesn't fit my needs for an ebike.

This will be great if you are skinny and weigh 75lbs.
My Ariel Rider Kepler will climb a hill from a stop no pedaling required.

FYI the real difference between this and other e-bikes is that it has a belt drive instead of a chain. I have this and it needs hardly any maintenance. Basically good to go until you need new brakes. It's ideal for commuting as long as you want to pedal. If you want a throttle style this is not it. Battery with 5 levels of boots starts working as you pedal. If you live somewhere with tons of huge hills maybe look elsewhere. I live in Portland which is relatively flat and this bike is great. After riding on a belt drive I don't know that I can ever go back to a chain.
